  7. The XCd XConnect is a compact print server box that connects any printer that
  8. does not support the HP MIO or XIO bus to an Ethernet network. It includes a
  9. Centronics/Dataproducts-compatible parallel port plus a serial port for
  10. configuration, and it comes with both standard Ethernet and 10baseT connectors
  11. (a thin Ethernet adapter is an option). The XConnect allows users on SCO and
  12. other UNIX systems (TCP/IP and lpd), DEC (LAT) computers, Novell PCs (IPX), and
  13. Macintosh (AppleTalk/EtherTalk) PCs to print simultaneously to the same printer.
